Blessed Be - A Simple Purification Ritual (great in the shower.)
Blessed Source, as I cleanse my physical body on the outside, I ask that Thy Light of Love and Healing flow through me. Let this Light cleanse and purify me through the whole of my Be-ing.
I ask that on all levels of my being, those energies which I no longer require flow from me now into the Earth, transmuted to energy forms that the earth can use.
Source Light please fill me now with Love and Healing.
Chakras re-energise, strengthen and align now. Come into full balance using the Source energy. Meridians and all other body systems come also into full balance and alignment now..
May those who aid me through my life be Blessed and may the Light of Source flow through me evermore. Peace and Balance abide within me now. So mote it be, and so it is.

The Journey Of Self Discovery.
Where do we begin in the exploration of what makes us tick as individuals? Firstly there is the choosing to lift ourselves up from where we are, to where we would like to be. To do this we first need to have a fairly clear concept of just what we would like to be. More assertive? More loving? Better able to attract a positive partner, or wonderful friends towards us? More recognising of our self worth, self respect? In balance and able to cope with daily living without flying off the handle or ‘spinning out’ when things go wrong? Understanding ourselves as both a spiritual and physical individual? Understanding attunement with all that is. Knowing how to place our boundaries and limits with others, and understand theirs? These are but a few of the changes you might choose to make within your life.......
Spiritual Boundaries & Limits
... Just as there is a need to establish boundaries and limits for yourself on a physical level, so it is in the spiritual. These can be extremely simple and clear, or quite complex. This will depend greatly on the type of spiritual work, or the self growth that you intend. Protection is also very interlinked with boundaries and limits.
To know where and how to place your boundaries and limits on a spiritual level, you first need to know where those of your Guides, Guardians and Helpers should be. There are a few differences between the Spirit World Guide limitations, and those of Guides giving universal direction. Again this will depend in part, on your chosen path. In general though, the boundaries are seen to be more or less the same. We will look at them from a general Spirit World perspective.....
At funerals I found myself to be reasonably calm most of the time. I had a clear understanding of life after death and of reincarnation. Yet when the time came for the coffin bearers to take the coffin from the church, I would turn into an emotional mess. The reason behind this uncharacteristic behaviour had me baffled. Particularly when the deceased was not that well known to me. I learned that the overwhelming emotions I experienced were not my own. Instead I had allowed all the grief of others to impinge on my aura, causing me the emotional trauma. How can we guard against these negative energies and emotions that are not ours ? .....

'What exactly is the unified field??' Alana asked.
' I believe it has been officially described as a universal phenomenon that demonstrates the connectivity of all things. But zero is much more than it's definition. The unified field is that which is outside of time or space but something to which all things are connected. All things which are manifest or in our physical reality come from within the unified field, but within the unified field, they are not manifest. Within the unified field they exist only as possibilities.'
